You agree to use Scandinavial Festival of Speed services responsibly. You must:

• Provide truthful and accurate information when registering or interacting with us.
• Refrain from any misuse of the platform, including unauthorised access, abuse, or interference.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us of any suspected unauthorised use.

An account may be required to access certain features, such as registering for competitions or managing your garage. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a manner harmful to the festival, other users, or the platform.

You retain ownership of any content you upload — photos, videos, vehicle details, or other material. By submitting content, you grant Scandinavial Festival of Speed a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote that content in connection with the festival and related marketing.

All competition and event registrations are subject to availability and to the rules published for each event. We reserve the right to deny or cancel registrations based on false information, capacity, safety considerations, or violations of event regulations.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scandinavial Festival of Speed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or attendance at our events.

These Terms may change from time to time. When we make changes we will update the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By registering for the festival you consent to the collection of your name, email address, phone number, and vehicle information. This information is used solely to contact winners and to send you information about next year's edition. We never sell or share your information with third parties.
